I’ve been lax on updating my website. Over the course of the last year, I’ve helped a group of San Francisco’s best chefs raise over $1 million for the Japanese Red Cross to aid the region we visited, gotten married, and begun working as the production editor at Yoga Journal magazine. Whew!

JAPAN!!

I’ve been invited by the Japanese government on a culinary tour of Miyagi prefecture. I’ll be the media person documenting our experience: the group includes San Francisco chefs Shotaro Kamio (Yoshi’s), Ravi Kapur (Boulevard), Bruce Hill (Bix and Picco), Staffan Tarje (Perbacco), and Paul Canales (Oliveto). We are going to eat So. Much. Food. I’ll be blogging about it on Restaurant Girl Speaks.
